As a Marcraft Homes client, your home is covered by our 24-hour emergency service department and one of the best warranty programs in the industry. We will arrange a convenient time to assess the situation and make the necessary arrangements to correct the problem. If you are experiencing a concern specifically related to one of the trades, all direct contact numbers are included in your builder’s manual.

1-2-5-10 Year Warranty

1. Materials and Labour Warranty 1-2 Years

When you buy a Marcraft home it is backed with a 10 year warranty. This warranty includes 1-year coverage for all defects in material and labour. There is also 2-year coverage for all defects in materials and labour supplied for gas, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning delivery and distribution.

2. Building Envelope Warranty 5 Years

Coverage for building envelope for up to 5 years for defects in Building Envelope of a new home, including a defect which permits unintended water penetration such that it causes, or is likely to cause material damage to a new home.

3. Structural Defects Warranty 10 Years

Coverage for all structural defects for up to 10 years for any defects in materials and labour that result in the failure of a load bearing part of the new home, and any defect which causes structural damage that materially and adversely affects the use of the new home for residential occupancy.
