1. COMMUNICATING YOUR DREAMThe first set is to meet and discuss your renovation goals. This will help us fully understand your needs, wishes and budget range.
2. PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE AND DESIGNWe present a preliminary budget , which becomes the starting point from where we begin to right-size the scope and costs for your project.
3. FINALIZING YOUR DESIGNThe next step involved presenting you with your new design plan. Together we review your project design, consider your feedback and work to finalize everything to your satisfaction, which then allows us to finalize the costs of the renovation

4. FINAL ESTIMATE AND AGREEMENTBased on the final design, we will present you with a comprehensive construction agreement for your project, that will allow us to begin construction
5. CONSTRUCTION BEGINSWe believe that careful planning in the early stages means a smoother home renovation project.
6. CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETEDuring the final walk through of your refreshed home, we make sure everything is complete and that you are ready to enjoy your beautifully renovated home!
