We as the builder/renovator are directly responsible to you and our trades’ are directly responsible to us. An approved trades and vendors list should be communicated with you so that you know who will be in and out of your home. As a contractor, we act as your buffer and ensure that everything is delivered, installed and completed as per specifications.In today’s world, contracts are often seen as something combative where both sides are battling for their rights and protections, but what is often overlooked is – building in a communication plan – reporting schedules and guidelines so that things don’t become confrontational
