Although, we still have not figured out how to classify this renovation…at 6,000 square feet it feels more like a custom home!
 The first phase of pouring the foundations was completed in April and now we have our supports for the first level of this unique home. As you can see from the unique lot, we needed to find the safest and strongest way to accomplish the foundation to avoid trying to build one 15′ above our heads!
 It finally looks like the cold months are leaving us, which means it is time to prepare your home for the sunny days ahead!
