The first phase of pouring the foundations was completed in April and now we have our supports for the first level of this unique home. As you can see from the unique lot, we needed to find the safest and strongest way to accomplish the foundation to avoid trying to build one 15′ above our heads!
With this unique process, we can now backfill to the first level, making the final structure substantially more stable.
